The SHX profile belt which features parabolic tooth profile with indent will operate in SH type pulleys. It is designed to improve transmission performance levels of diesel engines, reduce noise and resistance to tooth jump. It also features a double fabric covering of the teeth.

Why replace the timing belt alone? Worn or wearing tensioners, pulleys and idlers can cause a new timing belt to fail in a very short time. A timing belt failure can result in costly engine damage.
